As the interior designers for Huon Build, we approached Stone with a simple conviction: that even in a dense urban setting, a home should feel warm, grounded, and human-centred. The material story leads with beautiful natural stone, rich timbers, and warm metal accents in bronze and nickel, a palette that marries classic sensibility with a distinctly modern edge. Finish levels were carefully tiered across the building, from considered, investment-smart apartments through to the Sky Homes, where the detailing steps confidently into luxury. Beyond the residences, a full wellness centre and resort-style pool bring a sense of retreat to everyday city living.

The intent was to design interiors with a soul, the difference between a building that sells and one that sells out.
