Working as the interior designers for developer Immerse Projects, we delivered units and a wellness centre beautiful enough to match a rare beachfront address. From the outset we set out to create something curated, unique, and memorable, not another cookie-cutter white box. The scheme is warm, tactile, and intentionally layered. Wire-brushed timber floors, large-format terrazzo-style porcelain that captures the essence of the beach, Japanese handmade tiles with artisanal glazes, and natural stone features that command attention. Bronze tapware and handles act as jewellery for the home, while custom wall lights and pendants add personality and recessed lighting casts a warm, glowing atmosphere throughout.

Every detail has been considered to reveal something delightful...these are spaces that feel collected rather than purchased, the kind of interiors people remember long after they leave.
